Fulbright's Greater New York Chapter
The Greater New York Chapter of the Fulbright Association engages, supports & inspires NYC’s Fulbrighters, carrying forward the Fulbright mission of international understanding through international exchange and awareness. The Greater New York Chapter holds programming and events throughout the year, such as salons, panels, volunteering opportunities, mentoring activities and happy hours. We’ve also got some great social entrepreneurship and education initiatives such as the Global Curriculum Toolkit and the Fulbright NY Alumnus-in-Residence program. Fulbright alumni, current Fulbrighters and general public are all welcome to our events!
Open Salons
Fulbright NY Open Salons are opportunities to hear about Fulbrighters’ work by doing presentations in a cross-disciplinary, informal atmosphere, for feedback, critique or to instigate thought. Check out this overview of some of our past salons.
Arts and culture
Fulbright NY Arts and Culture events are opportunities to connect with fellow alumni while exploring New York City’s unparalleled creative landscape. From curated museum visits and historic walking tours to exclusive concerts, these engaging gatherings are designed to spark meaningful dialogue and foster deep community connection.
Community and service
